Education Center
The Eckstein children continue their parents’ philanthropic legacy through the Eckstein Charitable Trust founded in 2005, which focuses on Christian initiatives and meeting human needs. In naming the Education Center, the family pays tribute to Saint Elizabeth of Hungary, a 13th century patron saint who spent much of her short life feeding the hungry. Born a princess, she rejected luxuries of courtly life to care for the sick and poor.
