About The Florida Blue Community Kitchen

More Than Just a Kitchen

Unveiled on April 29, 2026, the Florida Blue Community Kitchen at our Northwest Jacksonville headquarters represents a bold step forward in our mission.

Supported by the generosity of Florida Blue, this facility allows Feeding Northeast Florida to go beyond traditional distribution. We are now equipped to process large food donations into nutritious, thoughtfully prepared meals, ensuring that our neighbors—including the 90,000 children in our region facing food insecurity—have access to more than just groceries, but to true nourishment.
