We are proud of our longstanding partnership with Morgan & Morgan at Feeding Northeast Florida. From the very beginning, it was clear that both of our organizations share a passion for making a real difference in the lives of those in need. 

For Morgan & Morgan, the decision to support Feeding Northeast Florida is rooted in a deep sense of responsibility. As Melissa Rorabaugh, Senior HR Director at Morgan & Morgan, explained, “One of the reasons we partner with Feeding Northeast Florida is because we see action happening. The way they manage resources—getting food and donations directly to the people who need it—is incredible. It’s not just a donation; it’s real help reaching real people.”

Melissa and the entire team recognize the staggering reality that one in eight individuals in our area faces food insecurity.

In some cases, the struggle with hunger is apparent. It could be a homeless veteran or a woman fleeing domestic violence who is temporarily unhoused. For many, it is often hidden just below the surface. It could be your neighbor or children in homes where everything appears fine from the outside, but inside, their parents are stretched to the brink.

“These are the people we see every day. Our colleagues, our community members. They are being impacted by hunger,” says Rorabaugh.

We’re ensuring that every dollar, every resource goes directly to those in need,” explains Rorabaugh. “When we give, we see that action is taken quickly and efficiently. Feeding Northeast Florida takes that responsibility to heart. We are more than a food bank—we are a lifeline for families, veterans, children, and individuals facing food insecurity. Community partners like Morgan & Morgan are vital to ensuring we can provide hope and support to our neighbors in need, but it will take a collective effort, including individual contributions, to fill the pantries and tables of the more than 272,000 individuals in our area who are unsure where their next meal is coming from.
